Smith & Wollensky donates gift cards or group cocktail party
certificates to charitable
organizations for use as auction items and door prizes. To
submit a donation request please complete the form below.
Please submit all requests at least four weeks prior to your event.
Because of the large number of requests we receive we do not accept
phone, fax or postal mail requests.
