The Smith & Wollensky Restaurant in
Chicago announced today that it would
offer a special Dinner featuring the
Wild Oak wines by St. Francis Winery on
April 2. This will be the third in a
series of nine events that comprise the
Smith & Wollensky 2008 Pourings &
Pairings wine dinner series.
“We will present five great wines,
paired with five delicious courses
“stated Patrick Norton, General Manager
of Smith &Wollensky in Chicago. “ A
spokesperson from the St. Francis Winery
will guide us through each pairing for a
menu that includes Ahi Tuna Steak,
Colossal Lump Crab Cake and dry aged
USDA Prime Sirloin. “

Wild Oak and St. Francis Winery, stated
“We are thrilled to partner with Patrick
and his team and to offer his guests a
very memorable evening. The menu was
carefully created after tasting each of
the wines. We are showcasing some of our
finest Sonoma County gems including Wild
Oak Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon.”
