Vanderbilt Room - Completely private dining room overlooking Government Cut Waterway and the exclusive Fisher Island . Includes its own bar and reception area just outside the entrance.
Seating: 48   Reception: 100 		Fisher Island Room - This sunken water-view room provides a uniquely warm and intimate dining experience.

Seating: 40            Reception: 60

 
Grill - Located on the first floor, this room has a large built-in bar as well as its own private entrance.
Seating: up to 80           Reception: up to 150		  Government Cut Room - This beautiful upstairs dining room has panoramic views of Government Cut, Fisher Island, and Downtown.

Overlook deck - Perfect for outdoor events. Beautiful views of the Government Cut channel, Fisher Island and downtown Miami.  
Seating: 100           Reception: 150 		 Cigar Bar - A small completely private room perfect for groups that require audio visual presentations. 
Seating: 36            Reception: 50
