Smith & Wollensky Atlantic Wharf hosted Boston Common Magazine’s “Summer in the City” event June 19, 2013. Nearly 500 guests, including Smith & Wollensky PPX Loyalty members, filled the patio and green and enjoyed the picture-perfect weather.
Guests were treated to an impressive carving station serving the new Spice Rubbed Long Bone Rib Eye with bone marrow butter and harissa. An amuse bouche of Salmon Gravlax was passed, paired with ice-chilled Russian Standard Vodka shots. Russian Standard also served a Moscow Mule in the traditional copper mug, a Watermelon Martini and the Rockette signature cocktail.
Executive Chef Matt King presented other small bites as a preview of the new Summer Menu, including Steak Tartare, BBQ Beef Sliders and Tomato Mozzarella Focaccia. For a sweet treat with a twist, mini chocolate cupcakes with bacon buttercream frosting were passed for dessert.
