Our steaks are chosen from the top 2% of all beef designated by the USDA as “Prime.” That means they reflect the highest degree of marbling for optimum tenderness, juiciness and flavor. Our 28-day dry-aging process further intensifies the flavor before our house butchers create the final magnificent cut you’ll savor.

A chef’s selection of three tender filet medallions: Gorgonzola Crusted with Applewood Smoked Bacon, Fig Demi-Glace and Cajun-seasoned. Served on crostinis.
Fresh Seafood on a Himalayan Salt Block
Fresh seafood is placed on a Himalayan salt block to impart the crisp, clean flavor of the purest salt known to man. The new appetizer features Tuna Crudo.
Cracklin Pork Shank
A tender pork shoulder cured with salt, pepper and sugar is slow-cooked and then fried to create a crisp outer skin. Brushed with pineapple-mustard glaze and served with creamy sauerkraut and firecracker applesauce.
Deconstructed Rib Eye
USDA Prime rib eye steak is trimmed so only the heart of the rib remains. The well-marbled cap is braised with shallots, garlic, red wine and morel mushrooms and the ragout is served on a grilled baguette. Accompanied by roasted bone marrow.
Shellfish Bouquet
Our famous tower of chilled lobster and crabmeat, piled high with jumbo shrimp, oysters and clams. Complemented with a selection of cocktail, ginger and mustard sauces and sherry mignonette.
Grilled Salmon Beurre Blanc
Fresh salmon is grilled to order and served over a creamy wild mushroom risotto. Accompanied by cold-water grown Prince Edward Island mussels.
Prince Edward Island Mussels
Fresh mussels grown on ropes in cold water are prepared with prosciutto and a lemon cream and wine sauce, then served with diced tomatoes, fresh basil and grilled bread for dipping.
