The promotion begins at 08/22/2025 and ends at 11:59 pm 09/08/2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. - How to Enter
Entrants must complete the entry form in its entirety. Incomplete submissions of the sign-up form will not be considered. By entering the competition, you affirm your eligibility and willingness to accept any prizes awarded to you. Only one entry per person is allowed.
Alternatively, entrants may enter by mailing a handwritten postcard including their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to: Smith & Wollensky Sweepstakes Entry, 5 Drydock Ave, Suite 2010, Boston, MA, 02210. Mailed entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received no later than 7 days after the Entry Period ends. Limit one mailed entry per person. - Prize
The winner of the prize draw will be rewarded with a meal for 2 at our Smith & Wollensky Burlington or Wellesley locations, with a maximum value of $250 (tax and gratuity not included).
The prize is subject to availability and blackout dates. A maximum of two guests are permitted. Any costs incurred in addition to the prize elements listed above shall be incurred at the recipients’ and/or their guests’ expense. The prize cannot be redeemed during the month of December. Winners must book their table within 12 months of being notified of their win. Failure to book within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes. Advance reservation is required to redeem the prize (walk-ins not valid to claim). To redeem the prize, the winner must forward their prize email to [email protected], who will make the reservation at their chosen Smith & Wollensky restaurant.
- Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about 09/12/2025. - Notification
The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the drawing and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected. - General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants from any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. - Compliance with Laws
This competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including compliance with sweepstakes laws in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. - Privacy
