Eligibility
This competition is open exclusively to subscribers who are legal residents of the United States and are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

The competition is sponsored by Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group, located at 5 Drydock Ave, Suite 2010, Boston, MA, 02210.
Entry Period
The promotion begins on November 19th, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM on December 12, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Purchases made before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
Eligible subscribers will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes when they spend $100 Or More at Our Online Store (excluding Gift Cards). No additional entry form, sign-up, or submission is required. Limit one (1) automatic entry per person during the Entry Period. By participating, you affirm your eligibility and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Holiday Bundle featuring a curated selection of premium kitchenware and gifting items, valued at approximately $250.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. All additional expenses not explicitly included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about December 15, 2025.
Notification
The winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the drawing, and must respond by December 31, 2025. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in violation of them. The Sponsor’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Compliance with Laws
This competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including compliance with sweepstakes laws in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Personal information provided during entry will be used by the Sponsor for the administration of the competition and for other purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
