Nathan Evans

Brand President / Smith & Wollensky

Smith & Wollensky appointed Nathan Evans to lead the S&W venture in London, in 2015. Nathan has been a key component in developing the Smith & Wollensky formula internationally without diluting what has made it much-loved Stateside. Today Nathan leads the Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group here in the US as Brand President, as we position the brand for more growth.

Christian Gianaris

National Beverage Director

Christian Gianaris uses his creativity and extensive knowledge of wine and spirits in his role as National Beverage Director at Smith & Wollensky. His passion for mixology, shared experiences, creating new opportunities with partners, and educating teams on elevating the guest experience has translated into a 30-year career in the food & beverage industry.

Regina Arendt

Managing Partner – S&W - Chicago

Regina joined Smith & Wollensky as a manager at the Chicago location 23 years ago. She was quickly promoted to Assistant General Manager and was an integral part to new store openings during that time. She was asked to take the leadership role of General Manager in 2009 and has been a Managing Partner for the last 4 years.

A life-long hospitality professional, Dave has led several Boston-area brands before joining Smith & Wollensky in 2018. Dave oversees Greater Boston and leads operations for the Wellesley, Burlington and Atlantic Wharf locations.

Henry Delgado

Managing Partner – S&W - Miami Beach

The consummate hospitality professional, Henry’s journey with Smith & Wollensky began 23 years ago. He has led the Miami Beach business for over 14 years, becoming General Manager in 2007 and Managing Partner in 2016. Henry is the past President of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association in addition to his many other affiliations with Miami institutions and charities.

Matthew Griffith

Managing Partner - S&W - Las Vegas

Matt spent 14 years with Smith & Wollensky Las Vegas as a manager and ultimately, General Manager. In 2019, Matt returned as Managing Partner, driving the new restaurant opening and ongoing leadership of our new Las Vegas location at the Grand Canal Shoppes in the Venetian Resort.
