As always, our Prime dry-aged steaks, such as the Ribeye or Bone-In Sirloin, are supreme selections for any visit to Smith & Wollensky. But particularly for Easter Dinner, our Executive Chef also suggests the Lamb Chops or the American Wagyu Tenderloin with Foie Gras Truffle Butter and King Trumpet Mushrooms.
