Nathan Evans
Brand President
Smith & Wollensky appointed Nathan Evans to lead the S&W venture in London in 2014. Nathan has been a key component in developing the Smith & Wollensky formula internationally without diluting what has made it much-loved Stateside. Today, Nathan leads Smith & Wollensky Group, both here in the U.S. and in London as well as overseeing our international growth strategy, supporting our expanding overseas portfolio

Kim Dinsmoore
Executive Vice President of Operations
Kim began her journey with the group in 1999 as a restaurant manager before taking on the training department in 2003. Kim’s world-wide new-store-opening leadership and attention to detail across the guest experience directs all HR and operations policies with a people-first approach and bottom-line execution – while keeping the focus on quality and hospitality. Her passion for training and development has guided the teams through 12 S&W openings to date.

Chef Brian Doyle
Vice President of Culinary
Chef Brian grew up just north of Boston, and has spent 20 years working in the area as a chef at some of the city’s most popular restaurants. At Smith & Wollensky, his passion for culinary innovation and impressive presentation can be seen throughout the dishes that delight guests. Chef Brian is a proud Boston sports fan, and enjoys spending time with his family.

Christian Gianaris
National Beverage Director
Christian Gianaris uses his creativity and extensive knowledge of wine and spirits in his role as National Beverage Director at Smith & Wollensky. His passion for mixology, shared experiences, creating new opportunities with partners, and educating teams on elevating the guest experience has translated into a 30-year career in the food & beverage industry.

Director of Marketing
With over 30 years of experience in marketing and e-commerce, Marisa is a proven leader in driving brand growth across B2C and the hospitality industry. She brings expertise from roles at Legal Sea Foods, the grocery industry and various hospitality companies. A proud New Englander, she pairs her professional passion with a love for photography and travel.

Rochelle joined the S&W team in 2018 and currently oversees private event sales across all U.S.-based S&W locations, while also serving as a key liaison to the brand’s international partners. Regina Arendt
Managing Partner – S&W Chicago
Regina joined Smith & Wollensky as a manager at the Chicago location in March of 1998. She was quickly promoted to Assistant General Manager and was an integral part to new store openings during that time. She was asked to take the leadership role of General Manager in 2009 and has been a Managing Partner for the last 4 years.

Henry Delgado
Managing Partner – S&W Miami Beach
The consummate hospitality professional, Henry’s journey with Smith & Wollensky began 23 years ago. He has led the Miami Beach business for 14 years, becoming General Manager in 2007 and Managing Partner in 2016. Henry is past President of the FL Restaurant and Lodging Association in addition to his many other affiliations with Miami institutions and charities.
Matthew Griffith
Managing Partner - S&W Las Vegas
Matt spent 14 years with Smith & Wollensky Las Vegas as a manager and ultimately, General Manager. In 2019, Matt returned as Managing Partner, driving the new restaurant opening and ongoing leadership of our new Las Vegas location at the Grand Canal Shoppes in the Venetian Resort.
